So, this is big news...and kind of a surprise. Jaftex, the parent company of Studio e, Henry Glass, and Blank has agreed to purchase FreeSpirit Fabrics. According to their press release they want to "ensure minimal disruption to the marketplace in terms of FreeSpirit’s current distribution and introduction of new lines." We've personally known Jaftex owners Robert, Greg and Scott Fortunoff for years and we are very confident that FreeSpirit is in good hands! On a side note, we did place a sizable order of what we thought would be the last FreeSprit fabric available last week 🙂. So watch for those new fabrics coming in the near future!
